ROCCO'S BLOG 6/6/08

Idealism is a tricky thing; it usually contains hope and light but often fails in the depths of instinct within the human mind and heart.
A neighborhood carpenter gave me a book called "Unto this Last," by John Ruskin. I took it to a local coffee shop and read it. I have now been idealistic for three straight days!

You just make me smile;-) so it has been said this also inspired Gandhi in a profound way..

I think you already were idealistic, maybe you just found out how to tap into it on deeper level.. Ahhh Personal Growth is so simple we often just need to get out of our own way...

After reading this blog I became curious enough to google
"Unto This Last" - I found it online (in downloadable PDF form too!). Pretty cool. Thank you Rocco for the recommendation. I needed something different.

On a side note:
Your kick-ass music transports me to a better place and I feel so much better. Thank you for THAT TOO!

You rock idealistic Rocco DeLuca :o)

I think idealism is a way of life, a path to your own very truth, a way of watching the world that sourrunds you, the way to make our dreams come true or just another excuse to continue here.

I shall add it to my perpetual list, as I have been confirmed as half-full for many moons.
